Major functions of the Delhi North East RTOs

According to the 1988, Motor Vehicles Act, the Delhi North East RTOs are entrusted with the following duties.

• Issuing NOCs or No Objection Certificates for vehicles during resale.
• Conducting hypothecation endorsements and termination for vehicles in the registration certificate.
• Issuing other permits to vehicles like interstate permits, goods carriage permits, and more.

How can you register your vehicle under the Delhi North East RTO?
