DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) is a one-stop app for all automobile related services. It provides end-to-end automobile services to users on Android platforms. DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) is an intermediary in terms of Section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, in respect of providing vehicle data related services.
The App is owned and operated by DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, content, software, products, or services obtained from the App.
You are solely responsible for any content that you submit or post to the App. You agree that you will not submit or post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree that you will not submit or post any content that infringes on the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) does not disclose any details apart from the details publicly available by Government Parivahan Service. Only non-personal information of the user or publicly available information about vehicles as uploaded by Government Parivahan Service may be saved on DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information)'s database for the purpose of improving DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information)'s services, as has been described in detail under the Privacy Policy. Personal information of the user shall only be saved after taking due consent of the concerned user. DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) is authorized to delete all such non-personal and personal information from its database without any notice to the users. The users undertake to not make any claim regarding the saving of this information in DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information)'s database.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) does not endorse or recommend the accuracy or correctness of information about vehicle details provided by Government Parivahan Service. If a user extracts inaccurate information from DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information), DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) cannot be held liable. DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) is only available for permitted and legal use of the information. Any illegal or unauthorized use of the information is solely the responsibility of the user.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California.
DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) is the owner of all intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, design rights, etc.) in the App, and in the content published on it, except the information and details of vehicles which are made available by Government Parivahan Service. The content being referred here includes all articles, blogs, reviews, comments, Trending or any other content published on the App. DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) cannot guarantee the correctness, completeness, accuracy or quality of the Content.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
DMG Apps(RTO Vehicle Information) may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified Terms on the App. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Your continued use of the App after the date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
